ALEJOS LORENZO
I am a self-taught painter and glicéemaker. I draw from a very young age and I start painting in oil at the age of 18. I
make colorful landscapes that are generally invented, which I call "Dream Landscapes", inspired by music, by the nature that
surrounds me or by places I visit, by works by other painters that I like, etc. Since 2012 I have been working almost exclusively
with acrylic on canvas and since 2017 I have been doing graphic work on paper, called glicée.
I studied Technical Architecture because architecture is one of my passions. Later I started the Architecture career, but I
had to abandon my studies, to resume them again in 2020, since I had to start working. I took courses and postgraduate courses
to specialize in Industrial Design and Interior Architecture. I worked in architecture studios, also for construction companies and
developers, and in interior design for fashion firms such as Inditex, Caramelo or Mango. Later I opened my own furniture design,
manufacturing and rental business, which I distributed throughout Spain, being invited to exhibit at a stand at the Valencia
International Furniture Fair. After five years, I decided in 2013 to quit my job to dedicate myself exclusively to painting.
